Tents and membrane structures having an area in excess of 400 square feet shall not be erected, operated, or maintained for any purpose without first obtaining a permit and approval from the fire code official. Special events where persons gather for any purpose creating an Assembly require a permit and approval from the fire code official.

NOTE: The District requires all permits be submitted and paid for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the event. Failure to do so can result in permit denial by the Fire District and/or a late fee.
